"Not exactly." The bulkhead connector still has to feed power to the interior so you MUST fix those terminals in the connector, or else remove the terminals, drill out (enlarge) the connector body out and run wire straight through the connector.
The easy way is with crackedbacks bypass wire which runs from alternator to battery, but again, you still have to have good terminals in the bulkhead connector
