170 vs 225 differences

Well, I went and put the 225 I got on the engine stand- but oops, it's not a 225 its a 170. Soon as I got it upright on the engine stand- 3 freeze plugs staring at me.

I got it for basically nothing, was told it was a 225, my bad, didn't positively ID it, got a lot of parts like trans and radiator and all kinds of stuff he didnt' use from his V8 swap, so I am not mad at the guy or anything.

Stupid of me not to really look at it though.

I got a cam ground for a 225 from Oregon cams, a 2bl manifold and have ground out a exhaust manifold off a 170 with the outlet ground out to 2.5.

Any problems here? Can I just slap them in the 170?
