AN Adapter Fittings

The heck are you doing on a cooler that results in 1/2 NPT?? If you don't HAVE to have aluminum, you have any kind of tractor/ hydraulic hose shop locally? Tractor hydraulics, unless metric, are usually steel, and pipe, O-ring boss and JIC which are the same fittings as AN

SAE is 45* typically brass. But JIC / AN are same stuff

I'm trying to use stuff I have on hand. Sure, I could go out and spend $200 on fittings and crimped lines, but that doesn't make any sense when I have the parts to do it if I can adapt to the AN fitting. Places to make lines are few and far between around here as far I know, but there is probably something within a half hour drive.
I make a lot of crap you can buy off the shelf. Gives me a sense of accomplishment, saves money (usually), and keeps me out of the bars.

I'll try the vendor sites to see if they have something in stock. The Russel part from Summit is $6 ea and I can stomach that, especially if I get some other stuff I "need" to get over $99 to pay for the shipping. The radiator should show up tomorrow though and was hoping to install this weekend.
