Definitely a used cam, you can see the wear pattern on the lobes.

Thank you Oliver for your input. You seem to be very astute in these things. Can you tell how much it was used? Again I just acquired a batch of parts and really only needed the 340 intake and exhaust manifolds so selling off the excess
