Is the left garage higher than the right? Looks like it goes up a few feet... If so, I wouldn't pour the sloped piece in middle.
It is a little higher so won't take it out entirely along the side of the house. If it looks like a problem I'll put a drain tile in and drain any water away.
Yes the dirt will be taken out. Most of it will be used in other parts of the yard with landscaping projects.
The wood retaining wall will be replaced with cut limestone blocks stacked to match the slope from front to back.

I'd leave that concrete as-is and plant some kind of low maint groundcover there.

Got some of that yesterday. Drying up now and should be an awesome day and pretty nice through next week.
 
Of course today is a Commisary run!!!!! Been a while almost out of reg coffee. But a stop at surpus city of course! No idea what I will buy there yet! Have to watch just dumped a few grand at distributors yesterday so much for car money!

I need to get a shade for this window. It faces the east and I can't see the screen when the sun gets over the trees. Might be a good time to take a shower! LOL
