Need some advice on some cylinder head gaskets

here's what i seen that seems to work is 1008's torqued wait 12 hours retorque run engine thru 4 or 5 heat cycles retorque reset valves and damn near bullet proof at 10 psi with proper timing . jmso

I see that's the most viable option, just the thickness isn't where I'd like them.
