More sanding??
I would recommend resending all the bare metal with 220 as epoxy and high build won’t fill those 80 grit scratches. I attached some pictures of the hood of my 72 Duster and the steps after stripping it with the 60 grit paint removal drum on Eastwood’s SCT drum sander. I used the 220 drum to condition the metal prior to epoxy.
