It's a white pinstripe. The 69-71 cups are white plastic painted black with a raised edge that has a white pinstripe

i'm glad GYC is still working on your car. i miss their show every week. i hope the covid thing doesn't cancel the show permanently. july 31 of 2020 isn't that far away so please keep posting any progress pictures you get from Mark. i have been gathering parts for my 69 M-Code Cuda and hope to start on putting things together actively soon. i have a friend that is finishing a dark green 69 383 4 sp Cuda. these cars look so nice when they are "restored to new."

Got it to work, looks awesome! Hope you can drive it soon!

They posted a video of the pre-paint on FB.

all i can say is WOW!! having 4 of these cars, i am SOO happy your car is finally heading to the finish line. i know you have been waiting at least 6 years (?) on this car. i have a friend here in pittsburgh, pa who is just finishishing the same car only in the dark green color. he and his friend did a rotisserie resto on his car. i can't wait to follow your car through its final assembly stages. please post any new pics. Mark sends to you. congrats... on finally seeing some paint! you can't beat B5 blue...

Looking very good. Finally!
Make sure to remind Worman that the front and rear lower valances need to be painted black. The lower side stripes are vinyl but the front and rear are paint.

i watch GYCs every week. the show is on Comcast cable here in Pittsburgh on Friday nights at 10:00 p.m. fortunately, the local channel runs a second older GYCs episode right after the new show. so Friday night, i get to watch two hours of the show.

last night (friday sept 10th) the new show featured a 68 Charger that was almost completely gone but that they rebuilt into a brand new car. Worman spent a lot of time on the show talking about this car. in the background on a car lift was Cuda Dad's 69 Cuda. the car had all the drive train in it with black factory steel wheels and red line tires. it didn't have any of the front end grill or headlights or the hood. but it was a pretty complete "roller." if GYCs can devote some time and staff to this car, it could be finished in a couple of weeks. i can't wait to see it when its done!

Nice, wonder why they went with black wheels instead of body color?
