Hello all!
We have a passenger Vent window that is loose and constantly closing. I searched the forums and could not find any info.

Is there an adjustment for this?

Thanks
Matt

Maybe rebush/tighten screw at lower edge of frame?

Pishta is correct. You can also flatten the retaining clip ever so slightly. Main problem is the vent wing assembly has to be out of the car. If you drop door window inside the door you may be able to loosen the vent wing assy enough to reposition it upward enough to get to the pivot fastener and retaining screw.

Awesome, thanks!

the more that i look at it, it may be an easier task than what I first thought. Im glad that pivot joint has a retaining screw at the bottom

Hey everyone!
The issue was with the vent window Pivot Pin. The pin was snapped inside of the Pivot clamp.

We found a Used OE replacement on ebay for pretty cheap. I just replaced the window and greased the pin and adjusted the clamp.

I assume this could also be repaired with JB Weld and still be strong because it doesnt hold much weight.
