Almost all back together. Front emblem next. 2 hour cure time for adhesive. Its almost that time now.
 
Carb gods are really pissed off at me. Did you know thermoquads will run while they are on fire? me neither. Bowl burned up.
 
So i bought a carb a while back, didnt think much about it,guy said it was off a 327 chevy.
Carter afb? Cut the throttle linkage off t-quad and welded it to the afb. Runs ok. And long crank hot is gone!
 
So can tell what a guy is really like,a true gentleman. The skilled painter at the body shop had nothing bad to say about the finish on the Fargo. He loved it.
 
Holy crap Tim, at some point your body is going to scream at you enough is enough! We are driving two thousand miles round trip to our farm with more regularity than I care to admit. I typically do a thousand the first day then puss out on way home and do the final thousand in two days. Another 600 on top would bake me! Zman is a great 1/2 way point for us. Wish he would quit messing around and get the new bar opened up in the new shop! Hah!
 
And more then half of that towing a 50 ft trailer....almost 2000 with the load...
