This is lightly used, not sure how well the chrome will shine up but I guess it could also be scuffed and painted. 40 dollars plus shipping, Thanks

Has it been chrome plated or is has it been polished and anodized? Mothers Mag polish should bring it back either way...
 
Its chromed, I have 2.
I think they were sold by Mopar Performance
but not 100% sure
