My moose encounter last winter!! NOTE: I was hit by the moose in the drivers side front fender corner. He spun me around 180 Degrees and we ended up in the ditch. He flipped up off the fender, totally missed the hood, landed ON the windshield. The only reason he didn't come into the car was that he was TOO BIG to fit thru the opening!! He did collapse the dash down and bent the steering wheel. Then he rolled off the windshield, spun around to the passenger side. Took out both door windows and punctured the passenger rear door with a piece of his antler!! That broke off and stayed lodged in the door skin (see first picture) And he left some snot on the door too!! This all happened @ -25f on the way home from a 12 hour nightshift. Never a dull moment in Alaska.......... Oh yeah, it still ran and drove off the flatbed wrecker when we got it home.

reminds me of a few years back, me and the family were on our way to a music festival out in the boonies when we came upon the scene of a car/deer crash

this deer did manage to get a hoof in through the windshield and the driver, a young girl, had taken a ton of glass shards to the face (she looked a little bit like the cover of "carrie")

He was dispatched on the scene and the next person on the roadkill list was called to salvage the meat. He actually arrived BEFORE the wrecker did.

was he called hymalayin moose on the menu ?

CAUSE THEY FOUND HIM A LAYIN ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD ??

I saw someone driving down the street this afternoon in a suburban with those dumbass spinner wheels on it. Damn near lost control of my truck I laughed so hard.
