Actually the stuff I tried didn't even need refrigerated till it was opened. Not as good as just made regular stuff, but not bad..
I like those sausage strips. Again, not bacon, and not the same as a juicy sausage link. But good. I keep the pack in the freezer and thaw just enough to peel a couple off the ends and put right back in the freezer.
