I still have a ton of little stuff to order too....weatherstripping, fasteners, .....just "stuff", but lots.
Plus wheels and tires and seats, carpet, on & on....
But im doing this one time and doing it right.

Looks terrific...but I'm partial to that color (my 71 Demon 340 is Green Go). Congrats to you - we can all feel your excitement!!
 
Man that's a lot of green...are you putting on some stripes to break it up?

That shouldn't take more than a couple of days. LOL, LOL, LOL. Like @Hellrats said, this is the fun part. Going forward, Pretty much everything you do to it will show visible progress, which is rather exciting. Is it base / clear? There is nothing at all wrong with an ES paint job. I have used them when flipping a car that I did all the prep work on, and they always looked great. I must say that the Sassy Green looks great on your notch.

It's definitely gonna take a while to put it all back together!
But you're right, every part is going to be noticeable. .....that will be satisfying!
