Being 'Old School' makes it difficult to hold my tongue at times...

we have the highest pay rate the best equipment, the best benefits package, the most time off
I'd like to have a those things!

My only union experience was short lived. I was targeted by the HR gal, she was a piece of work. But she'd pick someone and find a way, any way, to fire them. The union guy on my side of the shop was in her hip pocket, so I had no help there. I didn't do anything wrong, but I still got the axe. Even the union rep was a complete moron.

The company later relocated from Minnesota to Kansas, where they hired people for $8/hr vs two or three times they paid here.

Now I'm working for a company that has no problem paying hard workers crap pay, they don't even give reviews, you just complain and they give you a raise. :realcrazy: But I have a strong work ethic, so I do my job to the fullest and go home when I can't do anymore that day.
