My only union experience was short lived. I was targeted by the HR gal, she was a piece of work. But she'd pick someone and find a way, any way, to fire them. The union guy on my side of the shop was in her hip pocket, so I had no help there. I didn't do anything wrong, but I still got the axe. Even the union rep was a complete moron.
The company later relocated from Minnesota to Kansas, where they hired people for $8/hr vs two or three times they paid here.
Now I'm working for a company that has no problem paying hard workers crap pay, they don't even give reviews, you just complain and they give you a raise. :realcrazy: But I have a strong work ethic, so I do my job to the fullest and go home when I can't do anymore that day.
