By any good if you mean get thousands of hard workers get laid off because of ridiculous demands then id disagree. I lost a damn good job when I was younger because of the stupid greedy *** union reps!
Watching Mondelez/Nabisco in Richmond go through this.... It sounds like they had it way better than the average worker and now there is an alignment with how the world runs now. Nothing is worse than losing benefits and how someone's new work schedule can include no Overtime on the weekends. Been there, done that.
I hope there is something sorted out because it can all go bad and Mondelez can fold up tent and do everything in Mexico...
