Having a hard time with my energy and my chest hurts.Walking and doing small things in the yard and resting.Went to a funeral and lunch yesterday was out from 0830 to 1400 came home and was wore out.Today did some picking up tree branches and came it having a hart time breathing and hit the crack pipe machine and felt worse.My wife rubbed some kind of sensory oil on my chest and not to long after I was feeling better and wet to the grocery store.
