So he thought wheels were supposed to be black and it is some type of major ordeal to fix that mistake? And he waits until last minute to order the interior knowing that is a long lead time item? All the hard dirty work is done I would pay the bill and go get that car and finish it yourself. Complete BS it has been there 8 years and not done but other "priority" cars were expedited right though.
