The ones I got were pulled up and tugged on and was the reason they got arch bent. When I put them on my Valiant and then decided to remove them because of the exercise damage, I took a small flathead at the outside of the trim after I got under it I used a plastic trim tool and got it under and slid up along the trim and it comes off without bending. I think then they installed them they hooked them on one side and pushed over the other side till they clicked.

I did try and pull it off a couple times. But it felt like I was going bend it. Is it glued?
Yeah I don’t think I have it but I’ll look this weekend.
No just need to start at a corner, I use a plastic trim tool. I'll I'll if I can get a video later
