with the grill change in 86/ then again in 91/ with each change they moved the headlite buckets up and out, not as much with the 86 as with the 91 up "ugly grill" models. If you change the core support you either need to stay within the 81-85//86-90// and 91-93 ranges or move the headlite buckets accordingly.
I too need a couple 81-85 ones. or at least the parking lites out of a set/
