Help with PS belt

I went down and bought the correct belt for my car application double checked belt, to short. I think I have the wrong power steering pump or the wrong pulley on my pump? It’s a 1969 340 in a 69 dart GTS. Here are some pictures. Please advise.
I also bought the Mancini bracket kit and it fit the pump in the block perfectly. But there’s no adjustment?
