Well, surprisingly, the pump is good. The pressure switch was bad. I already had a new bladder tank to install and relocate. They put the tank under the house originally, which I thought was stupid. So now we have the new tank, filter and pressure switch outside, next to the well like it's supposed to be and we have water again and at the fraction of the price I thought it would cost. Yay.
