Is a 3 speed wiper transmission teh same as a 2 speed?

If you have access to an complete system I would pull it all, that way you should be able to build one system out of two and 4speedragtop is correct as well the stud and nut where the wiper arm connects on a 2 speed is different than on a 3 speed
