Is a 3 speed wiper transmission teh same as a 2 speed?

My cars really don’t ever see rain or snow so I leave the 2 speed and foot pump in my Demon. There is something about how simple life was in 1972. Most people will never know the difference and for me a lot of people just love seeing the car. But as I always state on here. “It’s your car so what ever you want!” Good luck.
