I have rebuilt a couple of these and its really not that difficult or expensive. Get reman heads from ebay company out of florida. They pin the seats so they cant fall out. the rest of the parts off ebay. I think I had less than 1K into the last one I built thats with standard bore. New pistons, rings,bearings, heads, timing set,oil pump and gaskets.
