Help with PS belt

Took a tape measure out with me. Crank pulley diameter on the 273 is 6&3/4. So... we have a 1/2 inch difference at that pulley. Some online calculator would get you close.
I know those other brands of pumps have different brackets. I dont know about their pulley diameters or position differences. I can tell you the saginaw pump is the easiest to renew (seals and shaft bushing). I wouldn't trade my saginaw for any other, regardless of their GPM and pressure/assist differences. My aftermarket steering wheel is under 14" diameter yet manuvering/parking is effortless.
The Saginaw is more relative to GM than mopar of the same era. Plymouth used it more than Dodge or Chrysler back then. The Youtube vidoes about renewing are likely for/from GM owners. The only thing that they don't mention in those videos is how easily the return tube can be cracked away from the reservoir (I did that many years before youtube, learned the hard way in 1981 or 2).
So... finger out what belt length works, keep the card off the belt in the car and happy moparing.
