yes, he will want you to hold the parts for him to pay for in something like three weeks later, so he can use your photographs of the parts and list them some where else for sale for more money. If the parts sell, he will eventually send you the money to cover your selling price and he pockets the extra money, if they do not sell he will give you some lame excuse on why he can't pay for the parts. In the mean time you may have missed the opportunity to sell the parts to someone else.
