So sorry for your loss Denny ...I'm sure he will be smiling down on you for years to come.

I count on it. IMO, friends that pass before me are keeping an eye on me. God knows I need their help.

i just now saw your post, am very sorry for loss. the picture and his apron make a GREAT tribute to him.
wrong thread but i love the McQueen posters, esp. the one of Missile Ghost with his apron on the wall...

on Monday, Joe and Arnie shipped the Motown Missile to its rather prestigious, new west coast home.....at least for a while.

always a blast when you add "The California Flash". Pictured is Steve Atwell, Butch and Jeff Heuerman

....almost as much fun as hanging with (Hemi) Mark and Ross.

judging by these pics, the Ghost of the Missile wasn't invited to MCACN? at least they asked for the Cal Flash M/P car... i haven't been for a couple of years, hope you enjoyed the show.

It would score a gold in the "coffee getter" category.

Meet the "new kid". She joined Butch and I on the traveling team this summer shortly after her recent retirement. Her job is to move the 100 lb boxes that contain the show / autograph merchandise. I think she will work.....just don't get her mad. (Believe me...after 32 plus years together, I know)

Bouts final cruise. After this mornings service, I helped load Bout into the hearse for one last cruise Bouts daughter put together. I'm guessing about 60 of us (mostly hot rods) cruised behind the hearse as we drove thru Findlay passed his house on the west side and out to this shop on the east side where we said our final goodbye.

I met Bout in his 57 (you can see it right above my hood) in 71. He still drove it whenever it was nice out.
What a great send off!! He is proud to have such great friends.

Motown Missile and hauler made it to Las Vegas already....must have driven WFO.

Nice Denny- you should be really proud of C/F Duster. It's amazing!

I am....but in the big picture, it is just a car. I am wayyyyyy more proud of my friends. The greater the friend, the bigger the laughs, right (Hemi) Mark?
