Anyone here ever deal with LKQ?

Yeah the big junkyard chain.
They pissed me off yesterday.
I have a Durango with nearly 300k on the body. I replaced the engine and rebuilt the trans at 258k.
Well now the pinion bearings in the front diff are screaming for new ones. I priced a kit and thought about buying it, and rebuilding the existing one.
But in the interest of least downtime, I decided to see if I could find a good used one. I did. Or so I thought.
I looked up one of their pick a part yards and decided I could rebuild mine cheaper and not have to go thru the work of pulling the 2nd one.
Well then I got on ebay and went thru 274 listings for them, about 2/3 of them were at an LKQ somewhere around the country.

And about 1/2 of those, were cheaper than one from their U pulls without me having to pull it myself. So I bought one at the closest location a place I have been to many times before LKQ was invented.
But work is 2x as far from there as home.
That's ok, website said they were open till 6.
So I drove an hour and a half from work to pick it up
It's already paid for via eBay, just have to show them a code number from my phone.
Well I get there and guess what CLOSED!!! I was there just before 5, website says 6. WTF???
So I go to leave and run into an employee coming from a different direction. He says I'm not the 1st, he's been after them to change the website.
He understood but being he isn't a salesman he couldn't access the computer. So I go to leave again and see 4 guys come out of the locked door that I was told to pick this up from. One said they shortened the hours from 5 to 4 because of covid. The website didn't say that. So I asked if since I was there and they were there could they help me...
Answer was no, they hadn't seen an email saying they had sold one of those and no parts can be released w/o the email.so all I got was a "sorry".
I was hoping to install the replacement TODAY.
So I said I'd be back tomorrow, and one of the 4 said they were closed Saturdays. Open M-F 8-4. Website didn't say so. I get off at 3:30 and these clowns are 1-1/2 hours from work. So no way I can get there.
So now I get to lose a day of work and go up there AGAIN, on Monday.
I'd tried calling throughout the day and got put on a long hold and finally a guy in Wisconsin answered then transferred me to this location/ which got me a voicemail box in which I left a message, and never had a return call.
I am going up there Monday again and though I probably won't get it am gonna ask for a discount on my front diff to compensate me for at least my gas and time.
