Got me a new Dart Swinger

I love the car and the colors, I too would be saving up for some headers at least.
Then the next step for me would be some good heads like Trick Flow and install your intake then while you have it apart.
The 750 carb would go well with the top end mods.
If you go to 15'' wheels on the back with say a 255-60-15, then the 3:23 gears should be changed to at least a 3:55, but a 4:10 would be my choice if you are changing the gears anyway.
It all depends on how far you want to go, how much money you have, and what you expect out of the car.
What you have here is the ''bones'' to take the car to the next level.........
