I was thinking 73 to maybe 76 Duster, but I'm not sure. Also why is there an electrical connector underneath them....its looks like a ground of some sort to me. Appreciate any help.

BTW, my God seat covers have gotten expensive. I saw $850 on ebay just for the fronts with no foam (Legendary)

Yup those are 74+ by the looks of the connector. My 76 Duster had the female portion of that same connector.

If it has a seat rail that is shorter than the rest (passenger inner?), then they would be a set out of a '75+. Seats themselves probably aren't different between '74 and '75-76, but the rail is specific to the later cars to clear the added hump in the floor for the catalytic converter.
