1968 Fender tag help

Ok, I have it lt mostly decoded, but need help with E8 and the foil tag that is under the fender tag?

I believe it is 368 Barracuda Sport Special package though I have never seen one! The E is for Optional Packages. Things like chrome grille, deck lid tape, woodgrain wheel, accent stripes, custom sill molding, deluxe wheel covers, console when it has a torqueflight trans, vinyl roof, and D70x14 whitewall tires. Does yours have any of this stuff?

It has option for black horizontal stripe, but was not put back on after restoration
