Yes, it has been a labor of love.
It has been a seven month adventure since we first looked at the house.
Dealing with the crazy seller and their three month closing, they using a lawyer instead of a realtor. back and forth with her crazy emails the last two weeks before closing...geez.
Then between working on our house prepping to sell, and the new house, cutting down 40 trees, caulking 62 windows that had never been caulked, all new flooring, new kitchen, etc...
We are SO ready to move in Saturday.
