I would look at that car as a guy that took it to a body shop, then another guy to assemble. It is not a nut and bolt so I would look at it as just a car. Not a restoration. A nice looking car with clean stuff going on and will probably have body issues as far as paint and lifting in 4 years if left outside and 6-7 years (maybe longer) if stored inside. At that point if you wish to repaint there is that cost. If mechanically it is sound then its a nice driver for awhile and will need regular maintenence. I see it as a fair deal at 10-14K. There are a lot of unknowns and usually (usually i said) old ladies have not had a hand in the actual "restoration" and are only regurgitating whatever info was told to them. I have been wrong in the past, but thas the way i see this car. Its not an investment. good lookin car though. $0.02
