yep, too many folks jump to conclusions on forums (and the web in general) instead of asking questions re 'intent' or 'meaning' of a statement first. i'm always telling people to ''pick up the phone and ask'' rather than moan about not getting an email/message back 'instantly'. the phone system does work since the internet was invented, lol.
