These heathen *** animals need to be drug out of their trucks and beat like the worthless maggots that they are.......I never in my life have seen a group of extremely well paid employees intentionally damage other peoples property like they do.

Did you have something delivered that they just tossed in your yard, if you have it on camera, burn the heathen *** animals asses.

Jeff

They always just throw anything that weighs more than a feather right on the ground, concrete floor, etc. in hopes that it breaks or gets damaged.......almost like they are pissed that they actually had to do what they are getting paid for.

Dont know if you can blame it on the drivers, but I dont think i EVER had a FedEx delivery show up less then a day late

Don't sugar coat it, tell us how you really feel. I see you are in KC. I guess we are just lucky here. We have never had a problem with them. However.... Good luck figuring out how to complain. I tried to get ahold of a real person at UPS to complain about the people at the local UPS Store (I know it is a privately owned franchise, but you would think UPS would want to know), and it is impossible. They truly do not care. I will ship via Fedex, but NEVER, NEVER again with UPS. I know my next comment will bring out the haters, but I have had NO problems ever with USPS. I love their Priority Mail boxes. I have had 100% luck with successful deliveries from them; even with international shipments. I know it would be dishonest, but about the only way to get their attention would be if millions of people protested the poor service by saying, "We never got the package." I am not suggesting that people do anything dishonest, but that would get their attention.

FED-EX left a complete brand new Six Pack and a Comp Cams package that was supposed to be C.O.D. at my garage door while I was doing groceries. So yes........I like Fed Ex.

My insurance company says usps. I ship millions a year.

I haven't had too much trouble with ups or FedEx my issues have been with usps recently. There pathetic here.

How about the poor guy or company you screwed over?

I have the same UPS driver that comes by the house. Nice guy. We talk a bit and he visits with the dog before heading out.

So, did you contact the selling company about that mix up, or did you keep everything for free?
Inquiring minds want to know?

It is a individual problem. UPS delivers here and I ship a lot thru UPS and USPS I have very little problems. I can tell you what you never want to do. I shipped a set of gears to a member here. I dropped the prelabeled package off a the local UPS store. Less than a hour later I realized I sent the wrong set. I haul *** back to the store, to late the UPS truck picked up all the packages. Like was said I tried to get a hold of a human at customer service and figured out how to do it. Keep telling the automated recording customer representative. It worked. I instructed the person I need to stop this shipment. Which I did. That label cost $21.85. Then the right set of gears cost me $21.85 to send. It took 8 days to get my gears back. And they back charged me another $47.00 for canceling a shipment! I should have let to go to the member then send him a return label in the right gears box I shipped the next day. I complained to customer service but they didn’t give ****.

Well the driver is the “face” of these shipping companies and typically catches the heat when there are problems but when it comes to damages it starts with the loaders/unloaders and how the packages or freight are/is loaded on trailers with all the others shipments. It’s likely not being damaged by the driver picking up or delivering it. It’s when it’s being (mid)handled in between by others, but most often it occurs during transport. Seemingly”blown” onto trailers comes to mind! Sure, there are rotten apple drivers with all these companies, but with cameras everywhere and YouTube you aren’t getting scenes of boxes being hurled over Gates or fences much

Unfortunately I have personally witnessed a couple times now where they will just drop a cylinder head or an intake on the ground where it could recieve damage, they just don't give a **** and you are right the whole chain is at fault......very poor work ethic nowadays but they sure do ***** if they aren't getting paid a premium.

Wish FEDEX would give me gift like that! I'm sure FedEx had to pay for the kit and so they should. If the assclown is dumb enuf to leave a COD pkg for free, it's on the driver.....same rule applies do yer damn job whether its collecting $$ or delivering it in the shape or time its sposed to be!
ZERO issues with Canada Post or USPS.

UPS has a hub about 2 miles from my house they are good.

FedEx has issues finding my house, its only been here for 111 years.

USPS cannot deliver the mail because of the fat, lazy woman they have delivering it, she is so lazy, to walk up a flight of stairs to deliver the mail to my neighbor, instead she puts it in the other neighbors box, that requires her not to walk up the steps.
I talked to our local postmaster about her, and they say they they have alot of complaints about her........

I will take the young hippie guy who used to deliver our mail anytime over her, I think he got canned, he was either drunk or high every time I seen him, but at least the mail would be at the right house. And 3 hrs earlier in the day than the fat chick could ever think about.

As a former Buster Brown road driver I can tell you its advisible to contact UPS with your complaints.

Ive been gone 25 years so I dont have contact info but Im sure you can comment on your service online.

I have had great drivers in my home area. I also have done a little package car work rescuing air freight shipments that got lost.

I also hauled UPS doubles as a contract owner operator for three holiday seasons running from Richmond,VA to PA each night October thru December.

I looked good in Brown...

I have never had an issue with a UPS or Fed Ex delivery. There are times when I meet them as the box is being delivered ,say hello,,, and on hot summer days I offer the driver a cold bottled water from the fridge. When I am not a home when a delivery is made the box is set nice and neat by the door. No issues here.

I contacted the seller and paid him direct after the delivery. I'm sure if I would have played dumb, Fed Ex would have ate it. I've always paid my own way. I believe in being honest, and Karma. BTW.....There was also a signing request on the delivery instructions as well.
