[WANTED] hood for 67 -68 barracuda

need a flat hood in good shape reasonably priced nothing fancy cuz im cutting a hole in it for air cleaner western new york area
 
No such thing as a flat hood for a 67-68 Barracuda, they all have louvers. I have one in Rockford, IL but it has hood pin holes, $150. I am heading to NY in a couple of weeks, was just there yesterday...

I assume the Gentleman was speaking of a Hood without any Scoop put on it.
Your Hood is a bargain!

How about one off a ‘76 Dart? Supposed to bolt onto a Barracuda and it is definitely flat. But it is on the west coast, too.

Glasstek makes a flat fiberglass hood for the second generation Barracudas.
I have one on my 68 Barracuda.

69 hoods are different, they have a hump at the edge to mate up with the hump on the header, 67-68 are flat on the edge...
 
dionr says he thinks a hood from a 76 dart will bolt on to a 68 barracuda . can anybody confirm that ?

they rarely get damaged since the nose cone protects them. They will rust at hinges and other places like any other hood if your in the rust belt
