Is the port noisey or quiet? When the air speed gradient is that close, I’d be very leery about what the pinch is doing. You may open up the pinch and skew the air speed in other areas. JMO.
A lot of guys, home porters call opening up the pinch porting because its the first thing you see and the easiest to get to. porting is addressing all areas of the port and sometimes require going back and forth this is almost impossible without having access to a flowbench. if i have the time i will flow it again after just opening up "the pinch"
