I always have something covering my vin, if someone does not believe it's a real 1970 340 Dart, to Damn bad. I kinda like it when some moron starts getting upset with me over MY car. yes I have no life!
I like that, slide a business card or something down the corner of the dash...t'hell with VIN number guys, may as well give your SSI and date of birth too...the only time a stranger should be checking your vin is if they are going to buy your car...
