Seems like it might be a silly questions, but what are you guys who run fab'd valve covers with the long bolt (the sniper valve cover, 440source, etc.) doing for plug wire looms? Already had the valve covers for the new project, and they sure are pretty, but none of my old looms are going to work. Pics are always a plus

I think it was Moroso that sold some chromed ones that were basically a mounting point bracket with little 'branches' with four grommetted holes in them. They fit under a valve cover bolt. Kinda cheesy but they might work. I'm not seeing the ones I pictured in my head on Google search results but something like this might work for you that doesn't involve the valve covers. spark plug wire loom chrome moroso - Bing
You can also do a custom job using zip ties.

Yeah, Ive used the Moroso jobbers before. They did the job well enough, but with these valve covers I don't really have bolts to mount them too. Wondering if anyone else has come up with a clean way of doing it.

I've gotten several sets of those in over the years. All but one set was returned due to light showing through the welds in the corners.

I used 3M HD hook and hook (peel and stick). The whitish/clear one with no male/female sides. I used a flat bottom wire separator on each bank and put a strip on the bottom, located where on the valve cover it would lay and put a piece there. 5000 miles 24 passes, it was still holding tight when I changed drivetrains and is still on the engine now.

There's and idea I hadn't thought of. So far, looks like I may be giving that a try. You small block guys are lucky you can run the plug wires so clean!
