How much are 360 heads (non magnum) worth

I'll check it when they come off and update the post. Aren't the blocks pretty much the same for a 318, 340 and 360? I thought the CI difference was internal and you could do some different head/block combinations. They're stamped as 360 and the engine ID was a 1970 360 from the Windsor plant, so I'm not sure what to think at this point.
Sorry, your post is a little confusing to me.
I’ll attempt a stab at it.

Yes. The big differences are;
The 340/360 have a slightly different drivers motor Mount boss on the block
The 360 has a bigger main journal crank and takes its own oil pan
The 360 & 1 year only (though it has been reported in showing up a year earlier at times) ‘72 - 330 are externally balanced and do not share the same balance between them.
The bore and stroke do indeed make up the displacement. Each block is limited to the bore size because the cylinder sleeves are limited in there thickness. Stroke is limited to what is available.
Con rods may interfere with the bottom of the cylinders. Notching will be required with some con rods.

and you could do some different head/block combinations.
Yes! Though sometimes that may be a step backwards.

There stamped? As in the head? I see a cast in 360 on the intake runner. This has nothing to do with what the head came on. Zero!
Just look where I said and you said your going to do later. The last 3 digits of the casting number is all I need.

The engine I.D.’d as a ‘70? This is good!
If you bring it to a machinist, have him sonic check it and write it all down. This is really good to know. Try and NOT to bore it larger since thicker is stronger!

Below is the report to a block (or 2) I had checked for wall thickness.
