So I just recently learned how to share video links.
I would have shared this before .
This is a video of my 1972 Cuda idling.
So it is a 030. 340 292/509 cam .
The heads were ported by some IQ dude ?
( impeccable work !)
Edelbrock heads ^^^^^
Air gap intake.
The car had sat in my garage for over 2 years at time of video. The motor had sat with low miles since 92.
I pulled it to replace, then life happened including my father's passing.
So a few days before his memorial I decided I would thrash to get the car running .
That way I could drive it to his memorial.
( this goes much deeper )
There was setbacks !
At 2:30 am the morning of the car came to life !
I pulled it out washed it and made a video of it idling before it's maiden voyage with the new 340.
This is it.
I love the sound !
Let's hear yours .
Jim

That sounds great.

Please forgive my video skills !
I'm pretty simple and it's hard when so many things are childproof !

Hopefully this thread becomes one of those 100+ page threads. I'll join in a few months, might just be a run stand vid though

Here's a short one. Idling a bit fast here. Cheap headers, 2.5" Summit exhaust kit with H pipe, Flow Master 40s with full tail pipe.

Cley

Just my 273 with the famous Isky E4 running through single HP exhaust from Accurate. I just figured this out. The first video was when I was running the "too cold" Autolites and the second was 10 or so years later with a warmer range of Champions. (10 year old Champions. Not that many miles though) I can hear a difference in the cleaner running Champions even though they have 10 years and 10,000+ miles.

Nice I love it! That sounds awesome and looks awesome too! I love the color that appears to be the same color im painting my dart. K5 burnt orange? I have that same cam im planning to put in a 360. Here is a video of my dart its a 360 basically stock with a luniti voodoo 702 cam.

My "Jigsaw" '70 Charger. This car sat wrecked from 1995-2019. It came with the original 383. I rebuilt it with new pistons, ported '346 heads, a MP 280-474 cam, 1 7/8" headers.

The exhaust is a "Pypes" 2 1/2" setup.

The rumble sounds better than I expected for such a mild build.

This is "Ginger"
440/493 with 10.07 to 1 compression, MP 528 solid cam.

The added cubes really makes the engine sound tame even with the 1.6 rocker arms giving the 528 cam more lift.

Why not. '74 Scamp, mostly a stock 318 (4bbl, comp XE268H).
Here is a much more recent clip of it
