I don't know if you know this or not. But Tampa Drags was where the Rooms to Go warehouse is now. As I said it was part of the old Hwy 92. I lived off of the new Hwy 92 at the end of the drag strip. My Sunday alarm clock was when the first un capped header car fired up. I would get up drive a half mile to the track and go racing.
