7200 with a 4.11 screw and 29 inch tall tires is 152 MPH. You don’t have enough engine to do that. Not even close. So you are either driving through the converter or your tach is junk or the clocks are wrong at the track or some of all of it. My rough math says you need a 5.13 gear.
