Bent bumper bracket?

Went to sand blas my bumper brackets and noticed one side appears bent. I’m pretty sure it is, but wanted to ask still. No idea how this kinds of damage might have happened. It’s the one on the left (Driver side I think)

Def looks bent. Maybe someone tried to lift the vehicle there or maybe a lite fender bender at some point in its life?
 
looks like it was bent in (causing the crease) and them pulled out/straightened to spec. pound it out or just run it if it holds the bumper straight. probably an easy find online.
You could probably bend those out with a 18" crescent wrench while its on the car. Just adjust them down to the 14g or whatever it is, grab it and bend (toward the adjuster). Thats the only thing I use that wrench for besides the house drain cleanouts.
 
SOunds like a good excuse to upgrade to Lingenfelter brackets
