I live in Orange County, one of the last Republican strongholds so its fiscal values are not too bad, LA is a dump! And my property value is skyrocketing so I'm doing alright. Hey, you cant beat the weather
I lived in OC since 1972. I remember the orange groves and Orange County International Raceway, glad i got out 15 years ago. Not sure i would agree with the "Republican strongholds" my info says it is all liberals now.
