Thanks, that is good info. Sounds like there is not much difference in the castings. I am looking at doing a budget build, so I figured it would make sense to start with the best stock used heads I could get.
Just get any head and clean it up. Make sure to call a machine shop to see how much it costs to do stuff possibly needed, like guides, surfacing, valve job or new seats...
