Not sure if it's just me but I'm getting bombarded with virus

I cant access from my phone anymore. I keep getting a warning saying Im 'not safe'. Big red triangle. tough to post pics. Now i have to send to my gmail, download, then post pics from computer. odd. One time I said F'it and went through the 'not safe' zone and the interface was overlapped and weird. backed out and restarted phone.

i cant copy and paste pics here anymore, ends up as a broken link. my pop up free browser was wigging out 2 weeks ago but has calmed down but i have seen the overlapping before, html bugs? a big red triangle sounds like an app, look in phones running applications and kill anything that looks fishy.
