Been feeling sick. Left work early yesterday, off today and tomorrow. Didnt like the quick release that came with the column so I opted for a slightly nicer one. Fit my old Dino steering wheel to it, have a new wheel coming in the mail tomorrow. Probably rock the gold Dino for a bit. Gives it a nice touch with the gold magnums on the car. Holley dash mount should arrive tomorrow also, then I can get it and the turn signal switch where I want them and cut down the column, and weld the quick release hub to it.

Man I can't believe I haven't posted on your thread before now, awesome build my friend.

Probably should have put the stock cluster back in before putting the holley dash mount in. If I can get over whatever sickness I have ill finish up the wiring and get the cluster back in.

No updates on the car. Been bouncing back from the covid nonsense. Finally tested negative, getting caught up around the house still. Did manage to put my garage door lighting up. Can actually see around the back of the car now if I work at night.

Lighting should have been the first thing I did in my garage. Got these LEDs up early this year. It's like sunshine in there now.

I've been out of commission 2 months now. Still home on oxygen .Almost died from Covid so I feel your pain. I'm way behind and with winter coming probably won't get working on my rides till spring. :( But I'm alive !

Mocked up the holley dash to make sure it fits, changed intakes, re-sealed the valley pan, mounted the regulator and been figuring out plumbing of the lines. Should have everything in the next few days to go from the cell to the regulator. Probably going to change my mind on regulator to carb lines. Maybe in the next month or so ill finally fire this turd up.

You'd have miles of space in a D100. Its been an adventure so far trying to figure this thing out.
Yeah that’s exactly why I’m considering going big block. I’ve always had slant 6 and and small block stuff. Popped the hood on the D100 and instantly thought “I could install a big block and still have plenty of room!” So I’m thinking either a tunnel ram, blower or turbo.

Almost there! Curious about the Holley screen set-up, I want to go that route with EFI. Just not sure about the old school look and feel. Might try to hide in glove box but I will keep an eye on your progress.

Initially I didnt want to get the dash, but I also didn't want a bunch of gauges everywhere in the car. Itll data log, I can customize it and everything is in one spot. Hopefully soon-ish I'll get it hooked up and working. For now I'm gonna fire the car up without the dash.

Is your garbage running yet?!?

1500HD is almost squared away, then itll be back to the dart, plus the 8% chance of me fixing the two small issues on the vector and possibly listing it, still to be determined.

Well i understand, I got sidetracked also. Building myself a new tow rig. But only because I’m waiting (forever) for SCAT to send me engine parts for the boat. My new truck is almost finished.
