I am fast approaching my second try at retirement. The first time was an epic fail. While we were financially prepared I was not even close to being mentally prepared. I grossly underestimated the mental stimulation I needed to keep myself sane. I thought sure I could repair farm equipment and what have you and I would not get bored. Epic fail on a grand scale. My brain would not shutoff. I am targeting the fall of 23 and should be much better prepared then. That is the fundamental catalyst for building the firearms training center we are doing now. I can teach full time and be fully engaged in a business that I can develop. May be yet another hair brained idea but we are going for it. We are putting roof on building this week.
